After forming the Rebellion, Heqet put all of her focus on providing assistance to her allies from within the Capital. She feels a great guilt for the kidnapping of Fate and Abyssus, as well as Hero's sealing, none of which she was able to prevent.

As a way to repent, she assisted in Fortuna's Trafficking Control Plan and sought new ways to fortify both the Rebellion's fighting strength and their financial resources. She keeps a close watch on Bedad because of their pact, though she struggles to understand him and his frequent mania.
