Sisera is the Council Leader's aide. She is best known around Thule for her ability to open portals, which has made her invaluable within the Grand Acropolis. Generally, she appears in the Council Leader's stead, often alongside Navarriel.

She keeps her distance from Bedad because of his mother's constant watch over him, as even though Bedad and Sisera dislike one another, she cannot do anything to spite him. Her extreme loyalty to the scriptures and to the Council placed her in high regard among other council members but she isn't very personable.

She also is referred to as "The Ancient Thorn" due to her curious ability to always be at the right place and time to learn people's darkest secrets and exploit them.
