A speaker for the Grandmaster's wishes. Nene is the leader of the Voice of the Universe, a Network of Spirits responsible for communicating Euphoria's Will. Nene appeared before Jackyl to tell him the truth about the Universal virus known as Akira, though he did not agree with their view.

Nene has an epicene demeanor and identity and is able to change genders at will. They use this ability mostly to make other people comfortable with some of the things they say.

Nene will frequently take the form of a phantom that resembles a fish, possibly as a tribute to their heritage.
