Most often viewed as the Law of the Universe. The Watchers were appointed, similar to the Grim, to uphold the Grandmaster's scriptures and rules. Opposite to the Grim, they hold the power of divine light. Although they do not possess the Puppeteering ability, they do possess the ability to erase Soul's Names.

Using the Watcher's title in any conversation causes a shudder in even the most over powered beings of Euphoria. They're known by their unsettling, elongated shape and blindingly bright auras.
