An elite member of the Council. He is one of the last from the original Callidae family and, apparently, shares relations with Witch Huntress Una. Currently, he is affiliated with the Council but often assists the Organization due to his connections to the Wiser.

He is quick to say what he thinks, and he remains true to tradition despite what other's opinions of him.

His belief in the original testaments written by the Grandmaster make him particularly honest and one of the most noble council members.
