A captain in the Army of Bast. He, along with his life partner, Dera, adopted the young Doll that Wiser rescued from Hunter City. He is clear headed and brave and always tries to set the best example for others.

When it comes to parenting, he and Dera often fret about different things but they wish the best for their daughter. Since Vesh is a warrior, he often worries about Isul's well-being once she joins the battle for Mu.
