The charismatic and usually absent King of Tir Na Nog. He and his wife/bound Bastet are the last of the Rebellion leaders as well as the last resistance against the Council. They take great pride in their efforts to fend off the Plague and have welcomed people of all breeds into their land.

Kyou is highly optimistic and flirtatious, sometimes to the extent of causing frustration but he is generally adored by everyone he meets.
