Also referred to as "The Third Party." The first branch, ARX, was founded by Akira and Wiser. It was intended to be a group for misfits during a time when the Fallen, the Tainted, and any others who weren't pure blood Ancients were persecuted for their differences. However, the group later expanded for greater intents and purposes.
