Leoht sees the Universe quite clearly in spite of being blinded and helps guide those who enter the Hall of Lost Memories to a place of understanding even though he cannot leave himself.

For the most part, Leoht appears within Fate's Dreamscape alongside his caretaker, a man referred to as "the God of Life." Both Leoht and the the God of Life are characters from a myth called the Story of Space and Time, so Fate isn't sure whether they're real or merely a figment of her imagination.
