Also known as, the Wayward Prince, as he is the First Prince of Inoue Capital and he is also well known for philandering and shirking responsibilities. His father attempted to switch him and his twin brother, Ryou, on many occasions out of embarrassment.

Kyou is well-liked by most he meets. On a few rare occasions, he may be described as obnoxious because of his upbeat personality. He's rarely seen in Inoue Capital, as he often travels to Tir Na Nog and around the Empire for private work.
